You will be using a variety of equipment (inc the TRX Suspension Training System, Pad Work, Double Kettlebells, Skipping, H.I.R.T.S, ViPR, Body Weight Exercises and more!) in both team, partner and solitary exercises.
Our evening is split up to test your stamina, strength and aerobic performance, it encompasses alternative aspects of fitness training and targets all major muscle groups and is FUN!! By training with Affinity Wellbeing and you will not only get the body shape you desire, but you will become stronger, faster, fitter, more agile, co-ordinated and flexible.
