Breathe (Fitness Pilates) & (Bands + Balls)

‘Breathe’ Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique, and adaptations of the original 34 exercises; ‘Breathe’ aims to identify and offset both musculoskeletal and postural imbalances, facilitating the ability to function optimally occupationally and recreationally. ‘Breathe’ is a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class, is for all, and will help you to live a better life.

Please bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat. 

Sessions must be booked in advance, and we must be notified within 24hrs of class if you are unable to make or your space will be charged for if you wish to book in again.
