CrossFit Kid’s 7-12, 13-17 sessions coming soon. We will be taking prebookings and announcing dates for this in the next few weeks.
A new Freetstyle Fitness Yoga session time, Thursdays 6:30pm. No induction needed. For more details follow this link:
CrossFit 6:00am – 6:45am, Thursdays. Induction necessary.
Open Gym 5 – 6:20pm, induction necessary.
The UVA Barbell Club, Mondays 7:40pm – 8:30pm, induction necessary.
A Coach participation session for pure Strength and Conditioning. Each week will be structured to build strength in a certain modality. You will be expected to have a good understanding of all movement patterns in Olympic Lifting and their auxiliary components, and the main Foundational Movements of CrossFit. This session will be limited to 15 people.
HEAT, Tuesdays at 5:30pm – 6:10pm. No induction needed.
